Admission Policy

Cancellation of admission is only possible within 24 hours, with an 18% deduction in registration fees for payments made by card, cheque, or NEFT.

Payment of fees by cheque, credit card, debit card, or NEFT, Cash includes an 18% GST. Any future increases in GST will be borne by the students.

Bounced cheques require an additional payment of 500/-.

After 24 hours of enrollment , no refunds will be given under any circumstances. Admission remains valid for 90 days. If the course doesn’t commence due to insufficient enrollment or unexpected reasons, a full refund will be issued. Book fees are non-refundable. Refunds are processed within 21 days.

Study Material

Study material is provided upon full payment of the course fees.

Transfer

Batch transfers are not allowed except taken approval. Transfer of admission is non permissible.

Certificate Correction

Any corrections to the certificate should be requested within 15 days of issuance, incurring a penalty of Rs 1500/-.

Library

Late return of library books incurs a penalty of Rs 50/- per day.

Damage

Students are responsible for bearing the cost of any damage caused to the institute’s property.

Attendance

Students are expected to be punctual and regular. Absence from a class incurs an additional fee of Rs 750/- per hour for make-up classes.

Examination

Exams take place at the branches on scheduled dates. Once finalized, dates cannot be changed. Failure to attend or pass an exam incurs a re-examination fee of Rs 1050/-.

No Certificate

Non-attendance of exams results in no issuance of certificates or attendance certificates.

Bonafide Certificate

A minimum of 75% attendance is required for the issuance of a Bonafide Certificate.

Communication

Certificate Collection

Students must collect their certificates in person, within two months of the exam. The institute holds no responsibility for certificates after this period.

Duplicate Certificate

In case of a lost/misplaced certificate, a duplicate can be issued for Rs 1500/-.

Mobile Usage

During class, cell phones must be switched off or put on silent mode. The institute is not responsible for any loss or theft of mobile phones on the premises.
